An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy, priorities and improvements by developing business improvements and changes that enable our stakeholders to achieve their objectives.
You will be expected to make a significant contribution to the review and development of current HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet the requirements of the University and our clients.
Working closely with stakeholders across the university you will have experience working within Human Resources, strong project management skills and business process re-engineering experience. You will have exceptional attention to detail and relationship management skills which will enable you to interact with multiple stakeholders across the University.

- Degree in Human Resources, business and/or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of project management principles and processes
- Strong understanding of Human Resources management systems
- Demonstrated commitment and success in continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in building strong and effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders

Salary Package: from $120,141 - $141,382 p.a. (Level 10 Band 1), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
