Macquarie University International College is part of the DVC (Academic) portfolio. It provides students with an alternate pathway to a number of the University’s undergraduate degree offerings. Students can complete enabling studies which prepare them to enter the first year of selected degree programs. There are two enabling offerings: the Standard Foundation Program and the Intensive Program.
Alternately students can complete one of four Diploma programs in either Accounting, Commerce and Business Administration; Engineering; Information Technology; or Media and Communication. Successful completion of the Diploma enables students to enter the second year of selected undergraduate degree programs.
The Student Administration and Services Team provide expert program advice, timely resolution of complex student matters and quality student administration service to students of the College. The team also plans and manages the student engagement program.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Manager to join the MUIC Student Administration and Services Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the College’s delivery of student administration and services, and will play a key role in establishing and developing the student experience for the College. Reporting to the Associate Director, Administration & Student Services, this role will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the University, and manage and develop the Student Administration and Services team.
You will be looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment where you will drive not only the delivery of a student administration and services, but also its continuous improvement. You will have a strong focus on delivering an exceptional student experience and customer service with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated development, interpretation and application of policies and procedures;

- Demonstrates strong commitment, skills and experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a culturally diverse environment.

Salary Package: From $99,218 to $110,402 p.a. (Level 8), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
