Within the Faculty of Human Sciences, the Student Administration team provides support for the Faculty programs through academic and expert program advice and management of the administrative processes and systems to support the student lifecycle from first enrolment through candidature to completion of studies
We are looking for an organised and efficient administrator to join our team supporting the Department of Cognitive Science. This diverse role provides support to the Department’s Director and Deputy Director of Learning and Teaching as they implement a new Cognitive Science undergraduate program.
You will coordinate and support the Department’s undergraduate teaching lifecycle from timetabling and staff resourcing through to exams and grading processes. As a first point of contact for undergraduate students, unit convenors and casual teaching staff you will provide excellent customer service answering a wide variety of learning and teaching queries. You will also have an eye for detail to monitor budgets and collate and interpret reports.

Salary Package: HEW Level 5 from $69,654 - $79,193 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation and annual leave loading.
