The Property Division supports the University in achieving its learning, teaching and research goals through providing planning, development and maintenance services for all University buildings and infrastructure as well as providing a growing commercial property investment portfolio through development and/or acquisition and managing the same.
The Facilities and Operations unit is currently seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Coordinator to manage the delivery of building maintenance services across the University and provide expert technical advice.
To be successful in this role you will have ample experience supervising a team to deliver building maintenance services. You will be responsible for overseeing workflows, delegating work across a team and managing performance while introducing efficiencies and driving a client service focus.

· Relevant qualification with experience working in building services trades and knowledge of associated compliance, standards and statutory requirements.
· Supervising and delegating work across a team, with experience addressing performance.
· Working with, providing technical advice and making recommendations across a range of building services, systems and equipment.
· Reviewing current workflows/ procedures to recommend and implement efficiencies and/or improved service to clients.
· Interpreting contracts to understand and agree to terms.
· Engaging and managing a range of contractors, including performance and quality of work.
· Building and managing relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Package: from $87,699 - $95,084 p.a. (Level 7), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
