The Property Division supports the University in achieving its learning, teaching and research goals through providing planning, development and maintenance services for all University buildings and infrastructure as well as providing a growing commercial property investment portfolio through development and/or acquisition and managing the same.
The Facilities and Operations unit is seeking a capable Administration Assistant. This role is responsible for the provision of high quality, service focused administrative and data-entry services to support the day-to-day operations and activities of Facilities and Operations. The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks coming in from a range of team-members and clients. Attention to detail is a key requirement, as is the flexibility and aptitude to provide support to the broader Property team as required.

· Demonstrated administration, data-entry and/or customer service experience.
· Working with a customer work order and/ or finance/ invoicing system.

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
