In this role you will be a trusted advisor, delivering accurate and actionable workforce insights to a diverse range of internal and external clients. You will play a lead role in designing the self-service reporting capability within our new WorkDay HCM project and advise on workforce data and metrics for implementation in our new data warehouse.
You are an experienced analyst driven by customer satisfaction and measurable results. You focus on understanding your client's objectives and provide the right data in a visually compelling way to ensure it conveys your insights. You have strong technical skills in SQL and excel, and have an understanding of data governance principles and practices. You have experience in reporting in WorkDay / Prism or a keen interest in learning new technologies.
The HR Technology and Business Improvement Team is responsible for delivering improvements in HR service delivery enabled by technology and enabling our people leaders to make strategic workforce decisions with reliable and compelling workforce analysis and insights.

- Degree in a relevant discipline and at least 2 years’ experience in data analysis and report writing
- Expertise in appropriate reporting software and tools, including databases, SQL reporting tools and ETL scripts
- Proven experience in data research, collation and analysis
- Proven ability to present accurate, appropriate and meaningful information to selected audience using data visualisation techniques
- Proven ability to engage with and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
