- Salary Package: from $67,796 to $73,070 (HEW Level 4) plus 13.25% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.

An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pathways Support Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Manager Programs and Pathways, the successful incumbent will co-ordinate and administer the delivery of programs and events planned by the team with a focus on student pathways and graduate outcomes.
The Pathways Support Officer will support the mentoring transition and outreach teams with the delivery of programs and train and provide day to day guidance to student mentors and casual staff in the delivery of Widening Participation programs.
This position will suit a motivated, enthusiastic and solutions focussed individual with demonstrated event coordination experience and a passion for providing support and guidance to students.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills will help you build collaborative and positive working relationships with students and our partners.

- Experience in event coordination and assistance in projected delivery
- Experience in administering the recruitment of volunteers
