The Role

Our Group Risk Department is seeking a Risk Systems & Business Analyst to manage the University’s risk management system, Protecht, and deliver insightful risk and compliance information and analysis to stakeholders across the University Group to enable informed decision making. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk & Business Resilience, this role will also support our ELMO Learning Management System, specifically for online learning relating to emergency management and other regulated Emergency Control Organisation responsibilities.

About You

You will have extensive experience in supporting a risk management enterprise system, preferably Protecht, end-to-end, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. You will demonstrate the ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify systems capability to provide solutions in the form of accurate and timely information and analysis.

You have excellent communication skills with demonstrated success in working with a wide range of stakeholders with different levels of technical skills. You have supported multiple business improvement initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment where you can deliver outcomes to demanding deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
